Services

VR Clean provides professional commercial and industrial cleaning services throughout Melbourne. All services are subject to availability and can be tailored to meet each client's unique requirements.

Quotes

All quotes are provided in good faith based on the information supplied by the client. If additional work is required due to incorrect or incomplete information, VR Clean reserves the right to revise the quoted price before commencing any additional work.

Bookings

A booking is confirmed once accepted by VR Clean. We reserve the right to decline or cancel bookings as necessary due to operational requirements, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our control.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:  

Provide accurate information regarding the commercial cleaning services or industrial cleaning services required.  

Ensure safe access to the premises.  

Advise us of any hazards or special site requirements before work begins.  

Secure valuable or fragile items before our arrival.

Payment

Payment terms will be outlined in your quotation or invoice. All prices quoted are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated. Invoices must be paid by the specified due date unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may incur additional fees where permitted by law.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule a booking, please provide as much notice as possible. VR Clean reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee if significant notice has not been provided or if staff have already been allocated to the booking.

Limitation of Liability

While we take every reasonable care in providing our services, VR Clean is not responsible for:  

Pre-existing damage.  

Normal wear and tear.  

Damage caused by faulty equipment, building defects, or materials.  

Events beyond our reasonable control.  

Any concerns regarding our services should be reported as soon as reasonably possible after completion.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and branding, is the property of VR Clean unless otherwise stated and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.
